To be married in Eureka Springs, you may use a license from any courthouse in the State of Arkansas. You must return the license to whichever license you got it from.

If you wish to obtain a marriage license on Monday, you can get one at the courthouse in the nearby town of Berryville, AR. It’s an easy 20 minute drive. They are not open on Saturday but they are open on Monday. 870.423.2022
